Kirk kickstarted his adventure in the Construction industry over a decade ago when he started his own firm Ivey Design-Build. Well known for his honest, competent, and diplomatic way of doing business, Kirk has worked in international markets, using his expertise in construction, interior design, and information technology architecture to thrive in this industry. Additionally, he has spearheaded major projects for high-net-worth residential clients in Miami, Florida, and the South Hamptons, New York. Currently, he resides in Miami, Florida where he oversees his team, collaborates with his clients, and perfects the details of every project. Kirk continues to provide a comprehensive solution for clients, as well as create an unparalleled design experience.

Eduardo comes to ensure all details are looked into and ready for us to start building up each project at the Ivey standard. He oversees specification & definition coordination of all projects. After finishing his master’s in architecture in FIU he worked in a nationwide corporation where he put all his knowledge to work and lucky for us, he joined the Ivey family on 202. Since then, he demonstrates on a daily basis how knowledgeable and hard worker he is.

Dari, joined the Ivey DB construction team to help run day-to-day operations. Our Superintendents on site like her, run your project schedule, oversee budgets, as well as ensure safety and quality control measures are implemented, and coordinate subcontractor responsibilities.

Dani, with her ability to visually communicate to our audience creatively and effectively, has been helping us throughout the years by leading and directing all graphic and website design, photography, promotional assets, and events.BA in Interior Design -IED, Certificate in event and meeting management FAU, Digital Marketing certificate – Columbia University.

Simone with over 10 years of experience, and an impressive range of knowledge in corporate compliance and audit, currently serves as the external Controller for Ivey Design Build and Ivey Punch. She oversees the daily financial and human resource operations of the company.

Ruth assists the accounting department with all accounts payable process and reviewing all transactions. With her exceptional attention to detail and outstanding teamwork skills she comes to collaborate with all others in the accounting department.

Alicia helps us handling a variety of Human Resources functions and making sure all Ivey staff is treated to the Ivey Standards. She oversees everything from hiring to compensation to payroll to performance management to ensuring the company complies with numerous employment laws.

Daniel is our Architectural estimator, a creative, reliable, and motivated architect responsible for the technical development of projects. Ensuring we get the price right every time, correcting and reviewing plans every step the way.
